Madison Stutzenberger was born and raised in Wilmington, NC. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management. Throughout college, Madison worked at Wrightsville Beach Marina and Wrightsville Yacht Club for six years. Seeing all of the beautiful beach homes on Wrightsville Beach and Figure Eight Island-inspired Madison to pursue a career in Real Estate. Madison’s passion for Real Estate started at a young age while she watched her mother grow Masonboro Realty from the ground up. She loves helping clients find the house that they will call home. Madison believes in treating her clients as if they were family.
