Frank Hoke moved to Wilmington in 2013. He was born on the eastern shore of Maryland and spent most of his life growing up and working in Northern Maryland. He discovered Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach in 2012 and moved here in 2013. What drew him to this area was the laid back lifestyle, as well as the temperate climate, just to name a few of the endearing features of this coastal area.
Frank spent his life working in construction and became Vice -President of a mid-sized construction company in northern Baltimore. This involved dealing with contracts for large construction projects. This familiarity with contracts has served him well, as real estate today is a series of contracts and the execution of these contracts. He is able to help clients navigate and understand the purpose of these same contracts. He also has an extensive knowledge of construction and building in general which can help clients with both buying and selling their homes.
