Adrienne’s passion for real estate began at age 25 in 1995 when she purchased her first investment property.
Adrienne’s experience within the real estate industry began after college as a mortgage banker and then further evolved into title searching and closings. She remembers the challenges she faced figuring out how to make sure she was buying a profitable property that would generate positive cash flow and trusting the guidance of other investors to make prudent purchases. With her experience, she now wants to help make sure her clients do not face the same frustrations and fears that so many new investors’ and home buyers’ experience in today’s market.
Adrienne owned and operated two title companies in Florida before she moved to North Carolina, where she further expanded her investments in real estate. With 27 years of experience, Adrienne continually broadens her relationships and shares her experiences and knowledge to help both individuals and families invest in a dream home, rental property, or convert a 1031 exchange property to accomplish their financial goals.
As a transplant to the Wilmington area from the mountains of Asheville North Carolina, Adrienne has found the incredible beauty and peacefulness of the coastal life. Starting the day running over four bridges at Wrightsville Beach while the sun rises over the water and seeing familiar and friendly faces, is an example of why so many people are drawn to this incredible area!
